Ultrasonic pump controller fights flooding

Pulsar has launched the Quantum ultrasonic pump controller, a non-contacting self-contained control system developed for use in sites under risk of flooding.

The controller can operate at a level of functionality previously only available using a specially programmed PLC. The unit can accurately calculate the 'time to spill', avoid periods of high energy cost, monitor pumping performance, report on pump failure, and will automatically re-set pumps that have failed or tripped out.
