IDEX acquires Richter Chemie-Technik
IDEX has acquired the German manufacturer Richter Chemie-Technik, a provider of corrosion resistant lined pumps, valves and control equipment to the chemical, fine chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
With facilities in China, Germany and the US, Richter has annual revenues of approximately US$53 million. The company will be operated within IDEX's Fluid and Metering Technologies segment.
