High torque variable speed metering pump

Fluid Metering, Inc has developed an industrial variable speed pump (IVSP) for industrial and process applications which can handle a broad range of fluid viscosities.

The pump features a high torque three phase variable speed drive and a 3 digit LED display control module, along with an integrally mounted FMI valveless pump head and controller.  The controller is a space-saving DIN design, ideal for process control panels and control rooms.

The motor speed of the pump can be adjusted either manually with the Front Panel Membrane Switches or electronically using a 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC Input Signals. Additional control functions include start, stop, acceleration, forward and reverse with flow rate is determined by the combination of drive speed, piston size and pump head stroke length. Flow rates cover a range from 0.45 ml/min up to 2300 ml/min.
