Compact hydraulically actuated pump

Dosing pump specialist Milton Roy Europe has launched Primeroy K, a hydraulically actuated diaphragm dosing pump which complete’s Milton Roy Europe’s Mroy and Maxroy ranges. The Primeroy has been designed around a new Global Security Device (GSD) diaphragm liquid end which offers a flow rate up to 2500 l/h and pressure up to 37 bar.

It incorporates an internal pressure safety valve, a hydraulic refill controlled by the diaphragm and a protection valve blocking the overrunning and the extrusion of the diaphragm, along with an IMI system (Installation Monitoring Indicator) which makes it possible to check the progress of the hydraulic operation; detect any possible overpressure of the system or the presence of bad discharge conditions (such as pulsation dampener out, absence of damping); and ensure diaphragm integrity.

The Primeroy is suitable for all industrial applications including the metering of corrosive, abrasive, viscous or slurry fluid.
