EMEC celebrates 25th anniversary

Solenoid pump specialist EMEC celebrates its 25th anniversary this year.

Founded by Maurizio Mancini, Claudio Ciogli, Enrico Magnasco and Enrico DeSisto, the company was launched in 1982 with three employees who are still with the company today.

Since then EMEC has grown to become the second largest privately-held solenoid metering pump manufacturer producing over 63 pumps, 42 controllers, and 10 communication modem/ router variations.

EMEC pumps offer an integrated self-venting head design for use with gaseous liquids such as chlorine complemented with standard features such as double-ball checks and bolt-head seals. The company also manufactures a complete line of electronic controllers capable of adjusting chemical injection.
