Diaphragm metering pump for aggressive media

Lutz-Jesco has developed MIDIDOS E, a diaphragm metering pump with a previously-used successful mechanical metering principle.

MIDIDOS E is a single head metering pump, and is particularly suitable for metering toxic and aggressive media. Regardless of the material, it can be used at an ambient temperature of up to 45°C. The metering head and valves are available in different materials (PVC, PP, PVDF, and stainless steel) and the integrated double ball valves provide high metering accuracy, even in small volumes.

The pump is also low-noise and leak-free diaphragm metering pump and has low maintenance, the company says. It is available in 4 types with a dosage range from 24 to 114 l/h at a pressure of 2 to 10 bar. The flow rate is continuously adjustable from 0 to 100%.
