Corrosion resistance for diaphragm pumps

Air Dimensions Inc (ADI) has developed the New Solid Teflon, a diaphragm pump designed for for the sampling of corrosive emissions for vacuum, flow or pressure applications within the environmental or process control industries.

ADI says that the pump is 100% oil free, leak free and contamination free and are suitable for applications requiring a diaphragm pump for environmental and process control sampling, automotive emissions sampling and medical/laboratory in the utility, refinery, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, mining, medical, automotive, government, environmental and emission monitoring industries.

ADI's gaseous diaphragm pumps are designed for long life and continuous operation with very minimal maintenance requirements, the company adds.
