Micro pump is designed for instrumentation

Bio-Chem Valve Inc has developed a miniature self-priming 8 µL micro pump intended for OEM designers and manufacturers of scientific and electronic instrumentation. According to the company, the fixed displacement diaphragm pump is suitable for handling programmed, precision-controlled micro dispensing of high purity or aggressive fluids.

The pump can be factory set to handle a discrete fixed output flows of 8 µL per solenoid actuation to provide an inert fluid path for precise, repeatable dispensing.

The Bio-Chem Valve miniature pump measures 1 7/8 inches high and ¾ inches in diameter and provides a discrete dispense to replace pump and valve combinations, or a continuous pulsating flow to replace maintenance-intensive peristaltic pumps.
