Sulzer signs agreement with world's largest oil producer

Sulzer has signed a strategic corporate procurement agreement with Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil producing company. The agreement was signed in Saudi Arabia by Ton Büchner, chief executive officer, Sulzer and Kim Jackson, president Sulzer Pumps.

Looking to simplify the procurement process, Saudi Aramco is determining the best business practices with all its key suppliers. The agreement with Sulzer is the first, however additional agreements with other companies are expected over the next few months.

The agreement covers the supply of products, system solutions, and services from all Sulzer divisions to Saudi Aramco for a ten year period.
