Dosing pump manufacturer to form part of Milton Roy
Hamilton Sundstrand, which owns wastewater specialist Milton Roy, is to acquire Dosatron International, a designer and manufacturer of specialized dosing/metering pumps. Dosatron is a privately held company, and terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The latter company will become part of Milton Roy, one of Hamilton Sundstrand’s three Industrial companies, which also include Sundyne and Sullair. Dosatron, based in Tresses, France, supplies advanced water-powered dosing pump systems and accessories for customers in agricultural, irrigation and industrial business segments.
“Dosatron has great technology and is one of the leading players in its segment,” said Stephen G. Oswald, president of Hamilton Sundstrand’s Industrial group.
“ The acquisition is also a great addition to our Milton Roy businesses allowing us to expand into new products and add to our presence in France.”
