The ARO ram/pump packages are suitable for high-viscosity material applications such as inks, caulks, mastics and lubricants.
The single-post ram version handles high viscosity applications from 20,000 to 250,000 centepoise materials. The single-post ram pump accepts 3 in, 4.25 in, and 6 in air motors and uses pneumatics to raise and lower pump packages up to 17.5 inches for easy container change outs and includes a 3.25 in ram cylinder.
The two-post ram/pump package handles ultra-high viscosity applications - from 20,000 to 1,000,000 centepoise materials such as heavy inks, epoxies, caulks, mastics, adhesives and sealants. The pump accepts 3 in up to 10 in air motors and uses pneumatics to raise and lower pump packages up to 17.5 inches for easy container change outs and it also has a 3.25 in ram cylinder.
Both ram pump packages have delivery pressures that include 22:1 ratio medium pressure /high flows up to 65:1 high-pressure, low flow pumps for broad application latitude. They include a pump, ram, air filter/regulator and hoses.
