The new hybrid pump is designed to handle products with a high gas content and for intermittent product inflow and CIP-return applications. They are capable of evacuating pipelines as well as emptying tanks and vessels.
The German company, which will be exhibiting at the Anuga FoodTec, says the FPC operates with a high degree of efficiency, low noise levels and reduced energy consumption.
Depending on specifications, the pump is equipped with a single or double mechanical seal, or a mechanical seal with flush, to suit the application.
The maximum flow rate of the FPC pumps is about 80 m3/h, with the maximum discharge pressure approximately six bar.
Anuga FoodTec takes place in Cologne, from March 24-27.
