As well as being suitable for measuring volumetric contents of liquids in tanks, the iSonic 4000 by Badger Meter can be used in combination with weirs or flumes using one of its pre-programmed tables or 35 point calibration table.

This model can display values and control applications with a selection of outputs and data-comms options, as well as recording readings to the internal data logger, with a capacity for approximately 130,000 readings. LCD display

The programming menu, featured on the graphic LCD display, offers a variety of primary flow element options, such as flumes and weirs. It also displays the flow rate of partially filled pipes and open channels as well as linearized tank contents.

As standard, models include 4-20mA output and ModBus RTU, RS422, RS485 and Ethernet interfaces. Due to the IP67 protection rated aluminium housing, the iSonic 4000 claims to be suitable for applications in harsh environments.
