The Revolution, developed by Wright Flow Technologies, is the latest development in positive displacement pumps for the sanitary and industrial markets, which combines the benefits of lobe and circumferential piston technologies in a single platform. The advantages include increased product yield, increased lifetime of components, reduced maintenance costs, with good CIP cleanability and higher standards of hygiene.
Wright Flow Technologies adds that the Revolution offers good cleanability with improved volumetric efficiency and solids handling. The pump has a capacity of up to 432 m3/hr and differential pressures to 31 bar. All seals are front replaceable for minimum downtime and there is a pre-filled maintenance free gearbox. A self-draining pump head minimises product loss, and there is the flexibility to allow the end-user to choose the best rotor technology to fit the application.
