Being a supplier of shapes and forms to many bearing manufacturers, Samanjas uses customised non-ferrous centrifugal cast copper material. Through a fully automated CNC process Samanjas claims that it has obtained a near zero-defect operation.
The company says that having a strong in-house engineering department and integrated tool & jig fixtures enables it to handle the most complex geometries with precision. Samanjas also say that it is in full control of its operations, from raw material supply, production and quality control to final delivery.
The company is able to handle sizes up to Ø 500 mm and tolerances of 0,005 mm, surface finish Ra up to 0,04. Samanjas is ISO 9001-2008 certified.
