The pumps feature wearless ceramic valves which ensure 100% starting from as low as 0.3 bar with a specific latching position and skip effect. They can enable switching cycles with extremely high frequency. The new Timmer pumps have lower pulsation, less dead spots and a compact design than competitors’ pumps, the company claims. The diaphragm system features a patented TIM-flex-diaphragm using a supporting diaphragm with non-material-stressing geometry. The diaphragm cannot be overstretched, making the pumps safe for dry running.
