This year's conference is all about enriching careers through connection and planning and will explore ways for women engineers to take charge of their careers and plan for the future. Delegates will have the chance to network with others from across the engineering sector and connect with WES members local to them and be inspired by guest speakers from engineering and technical sectors.
There will be sessions for all career levels, from early career to senior leadership and sessions include information about professional registration and chartership, returnships and flexible working in an engineering environment.
There will also be information and discussion about supporting early-stage engineers, enhancing career profiles and lifelong learning within the engineering profession.
