Flowrox’s new CF-V centrifugal pump with a vertical cantilever design is for use in mining, minerals processing and other industrial operations and delivers reliable performance in sumps and pits.
The heavy-duty CF-V runs continuously in difficult conditions and its wear-resistant components are designed for the most abrasive and corrosive slurries. The pump handles flow rates from 1,135 m3/h. A single Flowrox CF-V pump can reach heads up to 50 m and cantilevered depth to 3.6 m with a suctions extension pipe. Wet parts are either elastomer or hi-chrome and designed for ease of maintenance to minimise downtime.
This pump is the second in a range of Flowrox centrifugal pumps. The first one in the range was a heavy-duty CF-S horizontal centrifugal pump that is designed for continuous pumping of highly abrasive and dense slurries.
All Flowrox products can be enhanced with smart features through Flowrox Digital Services supporting the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and are optional features that increase a pump’s productivity through optimisation and online predictability.
