SKF's existing lubrication systems business has limited overlap with Lincoln Industrial in terms of geographical sales coverage, technology and manufacturing footprint, particularly in North America and Asia. Lincoln Industrial also gives SKF improved access to the lubrication tools and equipment aftermarket in North America.
