Pryor played a key role in Colfax’s strategic plan and development process that led to the acquisition of Charter International.
Pryor joined Colfax joined Colfax in 2011 from The Carlyle Group, where he was a partner and managing director focused on industrial leveraged buyouts and led the acquisitions of numerous portfolio companies and follow-on transactions. Prior to Carlyle, Pryor spent 11 years at Danaher Corp.
