Ebara Corp has entered into a technical alliance with Japanese canned motor pump manufacturer Teikoku Electric Mfg Co Ltd.
The alliance covers pumps for the petroleum refinery and petrochemical industries.
Under the long-term partnership, Ebara has launched Model UCWC, a process pump for petroleum refinery and petrochemical applications worldwide that merges the two companies’ technologies.
The new pump has Teikoku’s canned motor and accessories in Ebara’s Model UCW.
Ebara says that the two companies will continue to look for further areas of collaboration.
