HMS will supply a range of engineering services, including project design, procurement, pump and other oilfield equipment manufacture as well as overall project management.
Artem Molchanov, managing director of HMS Group, said the project represents the next stage of HMS group strategy implementation. Last year HMS acquired GTNG, one of the largest project and design facilities in Russia.
