The ships range from liquefied gas tankers, cargo vessels and dredgers to passenger ships.

KSB will be showing in particular its energy-saving high-pressure and standardised pumps, and pump sets provided by KSB Itur Spain SA for use on different types of ships.

Other exhibits include slurry pumps by KSB’s US American subsidiary, GIW, which are employed on suction hopper dredgers and  AMRI butterfly valves supplied by French KSB S.A.S.

The Group also plans to exhibit its centred-disc ISORIA butterfly valves with an elastomer liner, which are fitted with bronze discs, and its double-offset high-performance butterfly valves of the DANAÏS 150 product line for marine and cryogenic applications. These valves are used in the transport and storage of liquefied butane and propane gas (LPG) or natural gas (LNG) on ships and in ports. For this kind of butterfly valves, a wide range of actuators such as quarter-turn actuators is available, which are specially designed to sustain rough conditions at sea.

Nor-Shipping takes place in Oslo, Norway, from 24th to 27th May.
