Headquartered in Basel, NSB has annual revenues of approximately CHF10 million (€8.3 million). NSB products are used in a range of end markets including oil & gas, petrochemicals and chemicals.
“NSB is a natural complement to the Pompetravaini products range giving additional quality and competence to the worldwide customers,” said Carlo Travaini, president of Pompetravaini.
Pompetravaini, a third generation family-owned business, manufactures engineered products, including centrifugal pumps, liquid ring pumps and compressors for industrial, chemical, petrochemical, plastic, environmental and food industries.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2012.
