Graham will be responsible for PSG’s global human resources function and will report directly to PSG president Karl Buscher.
Prior to joining PSG, Graham most recently served as global human resources director for PetroTechnical Services at Schlumberger.
“Throughout her career, Heather has held various leadership positions, domestically and internationally,” said Buscher. “She has demonstrated expertise in organisational planning, talent management, succession planning, compensation and employee relations. Heather’s skills in organisational planning and development, as well as her business partnering capability, make her a welcome addition to the PSG team.”
Graham will be based out of the PSG corporate offices in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, USA.
