Wilden Saniflo series at INTERPHEX

Air-operated double-diaphragm manufacturer Wilden, will be exhibiting at Interphex 2013. Interphex brings together companies from the pharmaceutical and biotech industries and will be held in at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, NY, USA, from April 23-25.

Wilden, which has developed the Saniflo® Hygienic Series Metal AODD pump designed for use in the hygienic/sanitary production of pharmaceuticals, will be at booth 2463.

The pumps incorporate a straight flow-through design and the ability to handle large solids. Saniflo pumps are available with specialized air distribution systems, such as the Pro-Flo X™ air-distribution system (ADS), with its Efficiency Management System (EMS™). The EMS allows each pump to be finely tuned by adjusting the air volume at the pump inlet with a variable control dial.

Saniflo pumps are shear-sensitive, self-priming, and dry-run and deadhead capable, with various surface finishes. The pumps also offer either clean-in-place (COP) or clean-out-of-place (COP) sanitation. Wilden Saniflo pumps currently meet or exceed the regulatory standards that have been established by the FDA, USDA, 3A, EHEDG and ATEX.

Saniflo Hygienic Series Metal pumps are available in four sizes from 25 mm (1”) to 76 mm (3”), and feature flow rates to 918 L/min (243 gpm) and can handle solids to 76 mm (3”). These pumps are offered in 316L stainless steel. A variety of connection options are available such as DIN clamp, SMS and Tri-Clamp style to meet specific requirements.

Wilden is part of the Pump Solutions Group.
