Sulzer Rotating Equipment FZCO will have offices in Dubai, with local operations and a branch in southern Iraq. Sulzer will provide field service, maintenance, and overhaul services for all rotating equipment including pumps, turbines, compressors and electric motors.
Sulzer and Unaoil already have a 1500 m2 rotating equipment workshop in the Rumaila Concession Area in Iraq’s Basra province.
Sulzer says that the two companies have considered the risks and opportunities involved and developed robust plans to ensure employees and business interests are adequately protected.
With operational headquarters in Dubai and corporate headquarters in Monaco, Unaoil provides industrial services to the energy sector in the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa.
