One centre in Hsin Chu, Taiwan will run Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum's Screwline and Duradry product lines, while a second in Kulim, Malaysia will provide vacuum technology services, especially those from photovoltaic production. Screwline, Ruvac Roots pumps, Trivac and Sogevac rotary vane pumps and the Phoenix leak detector will be in production. The third centre will be based in Tianjin, China and will provide complete product lines of fore vacuum pumps and leak detection, including the Screwline and Duradry range of pumps.
