Spirax Sarco acquires pump distribution business in Australia and New Zealand

Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc’s Watson-Marlow Pty subsidiary has acquired Watson-Marlow and Bredel Pumps distribution business in Australia and New Zealand for up to £2.1 million.

Watson-Marlow Pty has acquired from its local distributor the business assets and goodwill relating to the exclusive sale of Watson-Marlow and Bredel Pumps products in Australia and New Zealand.
 
Spirax-Sarco paid £1.2 million on 30 June 2010 and the balance is payable within three months.
