The supervisory board of WILO SE has announced that the chairman of the executive board Dr. Thomas Schweisfurth will leave the company as of 30 June 2009.

Although the supervisory board regrets this decision, it agreed to comply with Dr. Schweisfurth request to relieve him of his duties in the executive board on short notice and wished him well for his professional future.

Oliver Hermes, CFO, and Dr. Holger Krasmann, COO, will manage the company until further notice. They will also lead the sales and marketing sector until the vacant position is occupied.
