PD and centrifugal pumps specialist Blackmer has announced the promotion of Tom Madden to the position of managing director.

 

PD and centrifugal pumps specialist Blackmer has announced the promotion of Tom Madden to the position of managing director. Madden joined the company more than 30 years ago as a member of its manufacturing management team and by 1997 had progressed to the position of chief financial officer.
 
"In his time with Blackmer, Tom has acquired the experience to make him a successful MD, including a unique knowledge of the company's products, as well as the financial acumen to continue [the company's] legacy of quality and customer service," said John Allen, president of Blackmer's parent company, PSG™. "Our expectations for his successful participation at the MD level are without reservation."
