Models LPD-B and FSD-B, which are being added to the Ebara SE Series, are the first surface pump models in Japan that directly employ premium efficiency motors.
Models LPD-B and FSD-B will become the standard models of the Ebara SE Series. The new pump models offer improved overall efficiency on Ebara’s major standard LPD in-line pump and FSD (single-suction centrifugal pump) pumps by employing a premium efficiency motor.
Ebara now offers two lines of models in the SE Series: standard models with premium efficiency motors and high-performance models that include permanent magnet synchronous (PM) motors.
Ebara will launch the LPD-B and FSD-B models for the global market after 2011.
Ebara also has plans to release the SE series for surface pumps, submersible pumps and booster units.
