The Borets-Weatherford North America Technology and Training Center will also serve as a product distribution centre and house-limited manufacturing operation.
Borets-Weatherford opened in a temporary location in Tulsa in 2009 and moved to its new facility in August 2010.
The pump company currently has 26 employees and anticipates hiring up to 125 people in the next two to three years.
