The acquisition of KMC and Bearings Plus extends Waukesha Bearings’ bearing solutions for oil & gas and large scale power generation applications. Waukesha Bearings, which is part of Dover Corp’s Fluid Management segment,.expects to realise additional synergies through Dover’s productivity initiatives and by focusing on joint technology development.
