World Pumps - Precision dispensing and metering

Fluid Metering Inc. has developed a number of new products for the precision dispensing and metering pump market for laboratory, industrial, process and OEM applications.

According to Fluid Metering, these include the PDS-100, which is a Programmable Dispensing System that uses precision stepper motors to control delivery from 500 nanolitres per dispense up to 2 litres per minute continuous flow. It is available in single and dual channel configurations.

The Chloritrol™ from Fluid Metering is a valveless metering system for accurate, maintenance-free injection of liquid sodium and calcium hypochlorite for treatment of municipal drinking water. Finally, the Smooth-flo PDS Pulse-Free Dispensing & Metering System is a fully programmable dispensing system. It employs dual Fluid Metering pumps, precisely synchronized, to eliminate pulsation typically present in other piston pump designs.
