Tri-Tech will be responsible for the design, procurement of complete equipment, installation, commissioning and project management services for the upgrade.
The project will use an advanced treatment process composed of a submerged ultra filtration system and a reverse osmosis system to upgrade the quality of recycled water produced from the wastewater treatment plant.
The project is expected to be operational by the end of 2011.
