These new models are based around the Grundfos CM stainless steel booster pump range and are suitable for use in applications that require clean water to be delivered from a cold water storage tank, such as when boosting to pressurised hot and cold water systems or irrigation systems and in above ground storage tanks and water transfer applications.
Grundfos’ CMB/CMBE booster sets cover flow rates of up to 5m3/hr at 3 to 4.5 bar. They have a compact size, have built-in motor protection and are suitable for potable water, with major components UK Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) approved.
The range is available as fixed speed or variable speed units, and uses CM/CME pumps that come complete with a PM2 Pressure Manager on fixed speed variants, and an optional 8L vessel. Variable speed options are fitted with an integral sensor and gauge.
