Thames Valley Pumps, which employs 22 people, will continue to provide pump sales, service, repair and maintenance to pump users from its established premises operating as AxFlow Windsor under the existing management team of Frank Moszkal and Bob Jervis.
AxFlow Ltd managing director Tony Peters said that it was essential that they keep pace with the changing needs of customers who wish to single source both pumps and pump servicing.
“Thames Valley Pumps is a successful business that mirrors our pump maintenance and repair operations in Huddersfield and Aberdeen. The highly skilled engineering resources built up by TVP over 13 years will enable AxFlow to further develop its service support facilities to customers throughout the South and open up new and exciting opportunities for the Windsor operation,” said Peters.
Commenting on the acquisition of Thames Valley Pumps, Frank Moszkal said: “Now the time is right to become part of a much larger organisation that can give us the support and financial strength to move the business into a greater customer base and gain increased market share.”
