Wilden Saniflo HS metal pumps have been designed with a variety of features to help pharmaceutical manufacturers maximize their process efficiency, including a number of elastomer options such as full stroke PTFE integral piston diaphragms. These diaphragms have improved product containment and are suitable for pumping highly aggressive fluids within the pharmaceutical processing industry. Saniflo HS metal pumps are also available with specialized air distribution systems, such as the Pro-Flo X Air-Distribution System (ADS), which offers operational flexibility through its Efficiency Management System (EMS). The EMS makes it possible to adjust the air volume at the pump inlet with a variable control dial.

The Saniflo HS metal pumps designed to meet the demands of safety, performance and hygienic requirement and have a redesigned liquid path which reduces internal friction to improve the consistency of output and  transfer of product.. Saniflo HS metal pumps are FDA and EHEDG certified.

Wilden Saniflo HS Metal pumps are available in four sizes from 25 mm (1 in) to 76 mm (3 in), and feature flow rates to 918 lpm (243 gpm) and can handle solids to 76 mm (3 in). The pumps are made of 316L stainless steel. A variety of connection options are available such as DIN clamp, SMS and Tri-Clamp style.
