Flowserve wins US$8mn South China Sea pump order

Flowserve Corp has announced an US$8 million order from Shell Malaysia Exploration & Production for pumps to help with oil recovery efforts for the St Joseph field in the South China Sea.

Flowserve barrel pumps will be used on the redevelopment project to inject seawater into the field to boost oil extraction. The order was booked through Malaysia’s Enserv Sendirian Berhad.
