The PV810 (51 mm) and PV1510 (76 mm) pumps contain flap-valve technology which allows odd-shapes large solids to pass through the wetted path. The PV810 and PV1510 pumps have a bolted configuration which ensures total product containment, while a redesigned liquid path reduces internal friction to maximize output and efficiency.
Wilden’s patent-pending Pro-Flo V air distribution system (ADS) features in the PV810 and PV1510 Advanced Series. The ADS contains three moving parts, the unbalanced air valve spool, the pilot spool and the main shaft/diaphragm assembly, which improves the performance characteristics of the PV810 and PV1510 air-operated, double-diaphragm pumps.
