The family of Graphalloy no lead bronze are non-galling and dimensionally stable even when submerged, under load or experiencing wide temperature swings. Some grades of Graphalloy can withstand temperatures ranging from cryogenic to +1,000º F.
Graphalloy applications include deep-well and potable water pumps and the FDA has accepted the bronze Graphalloy bearings and bushings for use in many food-grade applications. Graphalloy bearings and bushings are self-lubricating making them suitable for applications where maintenance operations are infrequent or difficult.
