The AODD pumps from Wilden are suitable for replenishing plating chemical for daily use and making new batches of plating material.
The AODD pumps cope with these applications because they are made of chemically compatible materials, such as polypropylene, PVDF and PFA with elastomers available in Buna-N, Neoprene, EPDM, Viton, Wil-Flex, Saniflex, polyurethane and PTFE. The AODD pumps are available in sizes from 6 mm to 51 mm and have flow rates to 591 lpm (156 gpm) and maximum discharge pressures to 8.6 bar (125 psig).
The AODD pumps from Wilden can pass solids as large as 6.4 mm (1/4”), are portable and submersible, are available with multiple liquid connections and feature anti-freezing technology.
