Indutrade acquires Dominator

Indutrade AB’s subsidiary Colly Flowtech AB has acquired the Swedish pump company Dominator AB.

 

Dominator manufactures and distributes pneumatic diaphragm pumps in Scandinavia for customers in the food, pharmaceutical, engineering and chemical industries. The company has annual sales of approximately SEK12 million.

 

Dominator will become part of Indutrade’s Industrial Components business area, which had net sales of SEK1401 million in 2008. The Industrial Components business area is organised into six product areas: filters, pumps and process technology; fasteners and mechanical components; medical technology; cutting tools; lubricants, rust protection and adhesives; and transmission and automation.
