Moyno 2000 progressing cavity pump for efficient handling of dewatered sludge

18 December 2009

Featuring a crowned gear universal joint drive train configuration, the 2000 progressing cavity pump from Moyno provides good torque and thrust control for water and wastewater treatment applications

The Moyno 2000 progressing cavity pump offers capacities to 2,500 gpm and pressure capabilities to 1,000 psi while the pump’s patented joint seals effectively protect the gear joints from pumpage contamination.

Additional options for the 2000 progressing cavity pump from Moyno include a flush gland which allows packing leakage to be flushed away from the pump, a fibre deflector to prevent ragging around the pump connecting rod and rotor head, and a shaft sleeve which protects the drive shaft from wear in highly abrasive applications.
