Moyno Annihilator reduction grinder for trouble-free performance

21 December 2009

Designed for industries requiring solids reduction and waste conditioning, the Moyno Annihilator twin shaft solids reduction grinder prolongs the service life of downstream equipment such as pumps, sensors, monitors and valves

The Annihilator twin shaft solids reduction grinder’s counter-rotating, hexagonal shaft design coupled with its 5-tooth, hardened steel cutters provide the maximum shredding strength necessary to process from 300 to 4,250 GPM of influent and ensure that solids are ground uniformly and efficiently.

Utilising the Annihilator twin shaft solids reduction grinder’s patented, bi-directional cutting teeth on the spacers, the unit’s efficiency is increased, particle size is decreased and the risk of failure from ragging due to stringy materials is decreased. The seal cartridge assembly of the Moyno Annihilator twin shaft solids reduction grinder features a mechanical seal and bearing on separate stainless steel sleeves, allowing for easy and quick replacement without purchasing complete cartridge designs.
