Blackmer XLW Series of sliding vane pumps for liquids with suspended particles

20 January 2010

Designed to handle suspensions up to 250 microns and 25% concentration, such as oxide primers, inks, paints and adhesives, the XLW series of sliding vane particles from Blackmer offer energy efficiency with low lifecycle costs

The XLW Series sliding vane pumps from Blackmer consist of hardened ductile iron materials, allowing the pump to handle abrasive liquids. Available with O-rings, mechanical seals, relief valves, springs, vanes and rotors, the XLW Series pumps can be fitted to handle a wide variety of materials. Base mounted unit assemblies with a helical gear reduction drive are available for all XLW pump models.

XLW pumps are available in 2 and 3 in port sizes and are available in flanged ports with NPT, weld, ANSI and DIN options. The XLW Series sliding vane pumps offer flow rates between 6 gpm and 85 gpm (23 to 320 lpm) with differential pressures to 150 psi (10.34 bar).
