Thomas Division develop air compressor for medical duties

Thomas Division, a Gardner Denver company, has developed the Thomas 230 Series, a new brushless DC WOB-L air compressor designed for medical and other applications requiring a compact, lightweight pump with variable output.

The 230 Series pump is small (3.8 in high x 2.64 in wide x 3.63 in long) and only 1.2 lbs. The 230 Series pump from Thomas Division features variable output (1,000 - 3,000 RPM) with an brushless DC motor, an enclosed crankcase for reduced sound (55 dB(A)), and Thomas Division's  WOB-L piston technology.

Maximum flow of the 230 Series pump is .50 CFM (high speed) and maximum pressure is 30 PSIG.
