ITT appoints Marc DeSilva as Oil & Gas business development director

ITT Industrial Process has named Marc DeSilva as business development director for ITT Oil & Gas and Global Project Management.

At ITT, DeSilva will lead worldwide global product management, project management for the Oil & Gas market, and business development and strategic account agreements. DeSilva’s team will also support worldwide sales and marketing operations. He will report to John Manna, vice president of Global Marketing for Industrial Process.

“ITT has a tremendous range of products and expertise that can benefit the worldwide Oil & Gas industry,” said Manna. “With our recent reorganisation, we’re focusing all of that global expertise in one unit to better serve our customers. Marc’s extensive experience will help us use these resources to expand our presence in the Oil & Gas marketplace.”
 
DeSilva has nearly 30 years of experience in the pump industry. Before joining ITT Corp, DeSilva served as global director for API products at Flowserve. He has also held sales, marketing, and project management positions at Flowserve, Ingersoll Dresser Pump and Ingersoll Rand.
