At ITT, DeSilva will lead worldwide global product management, project management for the Oil & Gas market, and business development and strategic account agreements. DeSilva’s team will also support worldwide sales and marketing operations. He will report to John Manna, vice president of Global Marketing for Industrial Process.

Marc’s extensive experience will help us use these resources to expand our presence in the Oil & Gas marketplace.”
DeSilva has nearly 30 years of experience in the pump industry. Before joining ITT Corp, DeSilva served as global director for API products at
Flowserve. He has also held sales, marketing, and project management positions at Flowserve, Ingersoll Dresser Pump and
Ingersoll Rand.
