Larox divests Larox Flowsys holding to Capillary OY

Larox Corp has sold its 49% stake in Larox Flowsys Oy to Capillary Oy in a deal valued at €3.5 million.

Larox Flowsys supplies pinch and knife gate valves and peristaltic pumps for abrasive, corrosive and other demanding shut-off, control and pumping applications serving process industries worldwide.

In 2008 Larox Flowsys had net sales of approximately €16.6 million and employed 52 people. Production facilities are located in Lappeenranta, Finland.
 
Larox Flowsys can use the Larox trademark and company name for the next three years. The sale will not affect the cooperation between Larox Corp and Larox Flowsys Oy.
